Getting Health Insurance In Ohio

The Plain Dealer has some helpful tips today on getting and keeping health insurance on your own. The downside is that people who have pre-existing conditions like a history of cancer aren't eligible for most individual policies. Open enrollment to purchase health insurance is an option, but can be prohibitively expensive.
